Frozen Mango Juice Concentrate

Frozen concentrated mango juice uses fresh cranberries of the season. The juice is squeezed and concentrated in a clean environment, then rapidly frozen at -38°C, and then quick-frozen at -18°C. The entire process from juicing to rapid freezing is completed within 30 minutes, effectively retaining the fresh flavor and nutritional components of the mango.
